O₂ MEASUREMENT WITH LAMBDA PROBE

O₂ MEASUREMENT WITH LAMBDA PROBE

Oxygen measurement with Bosch LSU 4.9 or 5.2 lambda probes.

Ascon Tecnologic developed the ZO2SCHEDA04 board to interface with and manage Bosch LSU 4.9 and 5.2 lambda probes. It is primarily used for continuous measurement of residual oxygen in combustion fumes from engines, cogenerators and boilers powered by methane gas or biomass, industrial furnaces and other processes requiring oxygen measurement.

The ZO2SCHEDA04 board improves on previous versions with increased accuracy, a voltage output and lower power-supply current consumption. The probe can be connected using the central cable passage or the groove beside the connection terminal, providing more options for housing and installation.

The board and sensor can be calibrated in ambient air without calibration gas cylinders by adjusting the board trimmer.
