ZO₂ probes

ZO₂ probes directly and continuously measure residual oxygen in humid combustion fumes. Three mechanical versions are available to suit the application and mounting requirements. All models include control electronics, a non-isolated active or passive 4–20 mA output, range selection by jumpers, ambient-air calibration with an adjustment trimmer and a dual measuring scale. The probes can be used with methane-fired systems. For other fuels with low sulfur content, consult our technical office.

ZO₂-4I — integrated electronics

For standard conditions. This in-situ zirconium oxide probe measures residual oxygen directly and continuously in combustion fumes. Electronics integrated in the head provide a linearized 4–20 mA signal, with active or passive output selectable by jumpers.

ZO₂-4I/E-C060 — separate electronics

For harsh environments where high temperatures or vibration could damage on-board electronics. The separate electronics provide a linearized 4–20 mA signal, with active or passive output selectable by jumpers. A connection cable to the separate unit is supplied.

ZO₂-4E — separate electronics

For harsh environments where high temperatures or vibration could damage on-board electronics. The separate unit provides an active, non-isolated 4–20 mA output or a 0–10 V output selectable by DIP switch, and is supplied with a connection cable.
